DAN'S BIO
Dan Mozes
Dan has helped first time athletes and first round draft picks by understanding how to adapt, develop, train and motivate individuals by taking the time to get to know them, understand their goals and create custom plans that are specific to helping them achieve their goals and find their ETHOS.
Dan started in the fitness industry in 2007 at the University of Michigan as an assistant coach for the football program as well as overseeing the development of the hockey strength and conditioning program. While at Michigan Dan knew his goal was to impact more than just hockey and football players.

Under Dan's leadership, this facility oversaw and customized training and development programs for Professional Athletes, Neurologically Impaired, Youth, High School and College Athletes, as well as conducted educational classes to earn certificates. He also provided personal training as well as oversaw all new gym memberships.
