Ethos Strong classes are highly effective workouts that will ensure you get your heart rate up while also improving overall strength and fitness level. Classes combine several intense exercises to create a full body workout where strength, endurance, muscle building and muscle toning are at the forefront. Our coaches will ensure that you are being pushed and held accountable in this encouraging group environment.
