Ethos Human Performance is a state of the art training facility located in Plymouth and South Lyon Michigan. For over 14 years, the scientific training methods at our facilities have been developing youth, and collegiate athletes into first round NHL draft picks.We are home to countless NHL athletes, such as Luke Glendening, Kyle Connor and Gerry Mayhew to name a few.

Our Hockey Off Season Development program utilizes highly trained coaches in comprehensive aspects of sports performance to improve sport specific biomechanics, functional strength, speed mechanics, explosiveness, reactiveness, power output, mental toughness, and more!
